This policy describes which personal data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are under Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and related regulations.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you actively provide when filling in the newsletter form (name and email) and the technical data automatically shared by your browser (IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited and time spent).
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) send the newsletter and educational communications about personal finance; (b) measure site performance through analytics tools; (c) comply with legal obligations and respond to requests from competent Argentine authorities.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out with your free, express and informed consent (articles 5 and 6 of Law 25,326), unless there is a legal obligation or a clearly identified legitimate interest.
5. Retention

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection under Law 25,326 by writing to contacto@proxalento.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the enforcement authority and you can file claims with it if you consider your rights have been violated.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page, indicating the date of the last modification.
